【异名】
一点血、岩丸子、鸳鸯七、红白二丸(《神衣架中草药》)。
【来源】
为秋海棠科植物中华秋海棠的根茎。
【植物形态】
中华秋海棠 多年生草本，高20～60厘米。根茎多为双球形，深褐色。茎圆柱形，直立，淡褐色，几不分枝。叶互生，薄纸质，阔卵形，长5～12厘米，宽3.5～9厘米，先端渐尖，常成尾状，基部心形，偏斜，边缘有锯齿，下面淡绿色；叶柄细长。豪伞花序顶生或腋生；花较小而稀疏，粉红色；雄蕊柱短于2毫米。蒴果长1.2～2厘米，有3翘。 生于山沟阴湿处。分布长江流域及陕西，山西、河北等地。
【采集】
夏季开花前采挖根茎，除去须根，洗净泥土，晒干。
【性味】
甘苦，微寒。
【功用主治】
活血止血。治跌打损伤，红崩白带，痢疾。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1两；浸酒或炖肉服。外用：捣敷。
【选方】
①治跌打损伤：扛黑二丸一两。泡酒服。 ②治妇女红崩白带：红黑二丸五钱。炖肉服。 ③接骨拔弹：红黑二丸、推屎虫、桐子树虫、南瓜瓤各等量。共捣烂敷伤处，每天换药一次。 ④治痢疾，瘀血腹痛：红黑二丸三钱。水煎服或嚼服。
