目的：采用单侧输尿管结扎(UUO)诱导肾间质纤维化大鼠模型，观察细胞外基质成分纤维连接蛋白(Fibronectin，FN)在肾小管损伤及间质纤维化过程中的表达以及中药扶正活血化瘀法在肾小管损伤及间质纤维化过程中的肾保护作用及可能的作用机制。

| 活血化瘀 用具有消散作用的、或能攻逐体内瘀血的药物治疗瘀血病证的方法。有通畅血脉，消散瘀滞，调经止痛的作用。适用范围很广，如瘀阻于心所致的胸闷心痛、口唇青紫；瘀阻于肺所致的胸痛咳血；瘀阻于肝所致的胁痛痞块；瘀阻于胞宫所致的小腹疼痛，月经不调，痛经等；瘀阻于肢体所致的局部肿痛青紫；瘀阻于脉络所致的半身不遂等。常用川芎、桃仁、红花、赤芍、丹参、蒲黄、乳香、没药等药物组成方剂，代表方剂有桃仁承气汤、血府逐瘀汤、复元活血汤、温经汤等。活血化瘀常同补气、养血、温经散寒、清热、行气、攻下等治法配合使用。临床上具体使用该法时应注意以下几点：①瘀血证有轻重，治疗时应选用不同的方药。②祛瘀过猛，易于伤正，因此常辅以益气养血之品，使祛瘀而不伤正。③本法能促进血行，故凡出血证，妇女月经过多及孕妇均当慎用。 |
