又称“儿童枕叶癫痫”。为原发性部分性癫痫的一种。临床表现以视觉症状为主，如闪光、暗点，亦可伴有自动症或其他类型发作。多在白天发作。无神经系统器质性疾病证据，神经精神发育正常。脑电图为一侧或双侧枕部棘波及棘慢波综合。预后良好。
