Object:To investigate the expression and the significance of glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β) in human renal tubular epithelial cells (HKCs) during undergoing tubular epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) induceded by transforming growth factorβ_1 (TGFβ_1) and the result of intervention of phosphoinositide3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor Wortmannin.
目的研究糖原合成酶激酶-3β(glycogen synthase kinase-3β, GSK-3β)在转化生长因子β_1(transforming growth factorβ_1, TGFβ_1)诱导人肾小管上皮细胞株(human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cell line, HKCs)发生肾小管上皮-间质转分化(epithelial to mesenchymal transition, EMT)过程中的表达及意义,以及磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(phosphoinositide3-kinase,PI3K)抑制剂Wortmannin的干预结果。

Objective: To investigate the relationship between renal tubular cells transdifferentiation and chronic renal interstitial fibrosis induced by Fangchi Abstract in rat.
d-1)给予大鼠间断灌胃22周,造成大鼠慢性间质纤维化模型,通过免疫组化方法观察肾小管上皮细胞转分化标志性蛋白角蛋白(CK)、平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)和波形蛋白(V im entin)以及致纤维化因子-转化生长因子(TGF-β1)在大鼠肾小管间质的表达。
