pedical nerve graf?ting
是指在上肢尺神经和正中神经同时断裂时,牺牲尺神经去修复正中神经缺损的一种方法。手术分两期进行:第1期先将尺神经和正中神经的近侧两端互相对合缝合,同时在腋窝处切断尺神经,5~6周后再行第2期手术游离尺神经,翻转过来接在正中神经的缺损区上。此法是Strange(1947年)提出的。
