适应症: 可用于晚期子宫颈管成熟不全。
用量用法:
对妊娠晚期的孕妇,将100mg溶于10ml的注射用水或5%葡萄糖注射液中缓慢静脉注射。每次100~200mg,1日1次,每周2~3次。
注意事项:
1.不能用氯化钠注射液溶解(可混浊)。低于20℃时难以溶解,可用低温(30~40℃)加温。溶液不稳定,应临用时配制,且于溶后尽快使用。 2.可有不良反应如皮疹、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、眩晕、耳鸣、手指麻木、手浮肿等。 3.器官形成期的动物实验中发现有致胎仔死亡情况,故妊娠初期不宜使用。
