Objective: In order to observe the effect of Duxiao Ganqing Keli which fluences liver function consisting ofALT, AST, TBIL, ALB, BA, EEG, LPS, IL—6, TNF-a in the animal model of experimental hepatic encephalopathy in rats and effect of Duxiao Ganqing Keli to gastrointestinal function, furtherly to discuss the therapeutic effect and mechanism in HE.
目的：通过实验观察毒消肝清颗粒对肝性脑病大鼠行为学、肝功能(ALT、AST、TBIL、ALB)、血氨(BA)、血浆内毒素(LPS)、大鼠脑电图(EEG)及细胞因子白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、肝脏病理学变化的影响，并观察毒消肝清颗粒对实验小鼠胃肠动力的影响，进一步阐明毒消肝清颗粒的对肝性脑病的治疗作用及机理。
