Objective:To discuss the feasibility and effect of allograft bone pipe fill with autologous bone in repairing large segmental bone defects with allogeneic cortical bone plates associated with steel plate,with the purpose of providing new idea and experimental testimony to follow-up experiment and clinical application.
目的:探讨将异体脱蛋白皮质骨管复合管内填塞自体松质骨移植并以钢板、骨板双侧一体化固定修复大段骨缺损的可行性,为后续的实验及临床应用提供新的思路和实验依据。
