目的:观察并记录本组2-7岁儿童生长发育情况,通过检测AGA、SGA和非SGA身材矮小儿童血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和血浆ghrelin水平,探讨其在学龄前期AGA儿童、SGA儿童、非SGA身材矮小儿童生长发育中的作用及与生长发育的关系。

Objective: The concentrations of the serum insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-1),bone specific alkaline phosphatase (BAP) and osteocalcin (OC) are measured in children of idiopathic short stature(ISS) and try to explore the relationship between these indexs and growth of children.
目的:检测特发性身材矮小(ISS)患儿血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、骨碱性磷酸酶(bone specific alkaline phosphatase,BAP)、骨钙蛋白(osteocalcin,OC)水平,探讨三指标之间的相关性及其与生长发育的关系。
