Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of μ1-opioid receptor (MOR1) mRNA and 5-HT1A receptor (5-HT1A) mRNA in rat thalamic parafascicular nucleus (Pf) induced by coronary artery occlusion (CAO) and to investigate the intervention effects of morphine and tramadol on the expression.
目的 观察急性心肌缺血时大鼠丘脑束旁核(parafascicular nucleus,Pf)μ1-阿片受体(μ1-opioid receptor,MOR1)mRNA和5-羟色胺1A受体(5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A,5-HT1A receptor)mRNA不同时点表达的变化以及吗啡(Morphine)和曲马多(Tramadol,TMD)预先痛觉干预对其表达的影响,探讨MOR1和5-HT1A受体在丘脑束旁核痛觉整合和调制中的作用,以期为急性心肌缺血损伤的痛觉干预保护治疗提供进一步的实验依据。
