舌本缩 舌本缩 病证名。见《千金要方》卷九。系指舌体短缩的病证。《疡医大全》卷十五:“人舌缩入喉咙,不能言语者,乃寒气结于胸腹之故。”可见舌本缩而四肢厥冷,脉沉伏。治宜温中祛寒,用附子理中汤。因心脾积热者,症见舌本缩难言,蒸蒸发热,脉数。治宜清热泻火。可用黄连解毒汤、凉膈散等加减。参见舌卷等条。
