fe一sh一du一l一}ushu一fongzh-废石堆沥滤水防治(leaehing water control ofwaste dump)减少沥滤水的产生与排放的技术措施。防治措施有:(l)废石堆场选在远离水源的地点,防止地下水和地表水浸人废石堆。(2)根据废石堆放地点和堆放量,合理地布置拦截水沟,防止外部水流通过废石堆。(3)将废石夯实,用水泥、沥青、粘土或其他不透水的物料封盖废石堆,使之与水和空气隔绝,防止废石堆产生沥滤。(4)应用堆浸技术回收废石中的硫化矿物和重金属元素(见溶浸采矿),处理后的废石作采矿充填材料,或压实后,覆土植草植树。(5)如果沥滤水无回收价值,可在废石堆周围建收集水沟,将自然形成的废水汇集于反应池内,利用石灰中和后再排放。 (张福有)
