The clear liquid height, gradient of liquid level and liquid lift-up of LLC-Tray and the cap of inverse basin tip were measured in the rectangle experiment column with the side of 600 ×800 and the mathematic model of liquid lift-up of LLC-Tray was established.
本文利用空气—水系统,在600×800的矩形塔上测定立体连续传质塔板(LLC-Tray)的板上清液层高度以及液面梯度的变化规律,并对LLC-Tray和倒盆顶帽罩的单罩液体提升量进行了测量,建立了LLC-Tray单罩液体提升量数学模型。
