大白菜也称津白,口感清甜软滑。用以包卷素菜肉丝馅,配上滑嫩的蛋白玻璃芡做成的雪纺津白卷,更是清中带甜,甜中带鲜!
材料:津白(或椰菜)8片、红萝卜丝、香菇丝、韭黄、肉丝各适量、蛋白1只(馅料可根据个人口味随意搭配)。
各种材料先炒熟再混合调味便是馅料
津白用热水烫软,沥干,包入馅料成卷
用大火蒸8分钟后取出,倒出多余汁液
用倒出的汁液再加入适量生粉水和调味,烧开下蛋白拌匀熄火,淋于津白卷上即可
