系关节内单发结节,直径数厘米,质硬韧,有弹性,表面为一层滑膜细胞,结节内有大量圆形细胞,均含有含铁血黄素,在圆形细胞之间散在多核巨细胞和含脂质的泡沫细胞。多发于中年人,男女均等。膝关节为好发部位,间歇轻度肿胀和疼痛。结节被嵌顿于骨端间时有交锁现象或关节伸直受限,X线检查意义不大。可关节镜下或开放手术切除结节。
