1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。、
2、工作前还必须遵守:
a、 检查皮带的紧及磨损情况,如太紧、太松或磨损严重,应进行适当的调整或更换。
b、 检查砂轮有无裂纹或缺口,严禁使用;
c、 检查防护罩是否安全可靠,如不安全可靠,应通知维修人员修理。
d、 空运转2-3分钟,确认一切正常后,方可进行生产。
3、工作中还必须遵守:
a、 开车时、先开通风机,后开砂轮。停车时,先停砂轮,后停通风机;
b、 操作者要戴好眼镜手套等防护用品;
c、 移动砂轮要平稳,严禁用砂轮撞击铸件。
