In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of seleno-chitosan prepared by our lab were investigated ,and compared with that of chitosan and sulfonationed chitiosan.
运用高效凝胶色谱 (HPGPC)、乌氏粘度计、XYG- 1 1 0型多功能原子荧光仪、常规溶剂和 WZZ- 1自动指示旋光仪等方法对本实验室制备的硒化壳聚糖的理化性质进行测定 ,结果表明 :硒化壳聚糖的分子量为3448;特性粘度为 99;室温干燥放置 1年 ,硒化壳聚糖保持稳定 ;硒化壳聚糖在水中可溶 ,而且溶解度随温度升高而增加 ,但在有机溶剂中基本不溶 ;硒化壳聚糖在 2 5℃时的旋光度为 - 1 4。

性质:壳聚糖所制备成有分离功能的膜。壳聚糖可单独在甲酸中制备渗透汽化膜,对乙醇和水有较好的分离性能。为了减少其溶胀性能,也可以用二醛交联成膜,或与其他聚合物如聚乙烯醇、纤维素等共混,或以聚砜、聚丙烯腈为底膜制成壳聚糖复合膜,以改善醇水分离因素。
