In this paper, the influence of heat treatment on mechanical properties of 6005A and 7005 used as heavy sectional materials for vehicles was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis, tensile tests and hardness measurement.
本文以车辆大型材用6005A与7005合金为研究对象,利用透射电镜观察和拉伸力学测试、硬度测定等试验方法,研究了热处理制度对6005A与7005合金力学性能的影响,并对其强化机理进行了分析,实验结果表明: 6005A合金HB与σ_b的TTP曲线鼻温均在370℃左右,高温区淬火敏感性并不高,但中温区(280~400℃)淬火敏感性极高,低温区则介于二者之间。
