In order to solve the problem——service is interrupted when server breaks,this paper sets up a simple,easy and low-priced automatic fault tolerance mechanism of server,which can automatically replace the role of original main server and continue providing the normal service when the server breaks or stop to measure and test.
为了解决在服务器无法正常运作时服务中断的问题,本文利用PC及自由软件组件建立了一套简易而廉价的服务器自动容错机制,可以在服务器发生问题或者停机检测时自动取代原主要服务器的角色,继续提供正常服务。

rongcuo lisuanii xitong容错计算机系统伽ult一tolerant com-Puter system)当系统中部分发生瞬时或永久性故障时，仍能正确运行或者降级运行的计算机系统。它一般具有三个方面的功能:①故障检侧，即对信息和对过程或进程动作进行动态检测，以求随时发现故障;②故障隔离，即限制过程或进程的动作范围、或硬件的运行范围，以防止错误继续扩大;③故障处理，即纠正错误，或切换、更换失效部件。 容错计算机系统主要用于要求高可靠或长寿命的场合。军用计算机的工作要求特殊，出现故障往往造成灾难性的后果，特别是不能停机的实时指挥控制系统、难以人工检修的航天器等，对容错功能的要求，尤为迫切。 要使计算机系统具有容错功能，在硬件方面，需要采取下列措施:①冗余技术，即令元器件、功能块、部件或者整机多重化;②故障检测技术，即检测、限制、诊断故障;③系统恢复和重构技术，即切除或更换故障部件，重新组合系统。在软件方面，一是用软件管理冗余的硬件，实现容错;二是软件自身具有避错、纠错和容错的可靠性技术。如增加程序本身的检验，进行程序复算，采用检错纠错编码技术以及其他故障管理手段。 容错技术的采用要力求以较小代价取得适当的容错能力，避免不必要的资源消耗和由于结构过于复杂而影响整个系统的可靠性。大规模集成电路的高速发展，将为计算机容错技术提供更有利的物质基础。 (黄玉晰)
