垄作播种机

趁作.种机(ridge planter)在垄台上或垄沟内播种或随播种随起垄的机具。是在传统的粗种、扣种机具基础上,逐步发展形成的。垄作是中国东北地区传统的耕作方法,它具有提高地沮、防涝、早熟、便于中耕等优点。其特点是长年保持垄形,沟垄互换,以扣、雄相结合,实行周期性轮耕、倒茬、轮施肥。最早以畜力为耕作动力,随后为适应垄作机械化需要,相继出现了平翻后起垄,垄上播种,随平播随起垄,平播后随中耕起垄以及平翻起垄后垄沟播种等作业方法。相应形成了机引垄上播种机、随平播随起垄播种机以及沟种机等。适用于播种玉米、大豆、高粱、谷子等中耕作物,一般垄作播种机可兼用于平播作业。 垄作括种机的结构如图。它与通常的中耕作物播种机或播种中耕通用机类似。其主要工作部件如排种器、排肥器、传动机构、地轮、机架、四杆仿形机构等基本相同(见单组式抽种帆、播种中粉通用机),所不同的是采用了适于垄作的开沟.如芯桦式开沟器、对垄仿形装t和增设起垄铲。 在进行垄上播种时,开沟器前部装有一对跨于垄台两侧的前仿形轮,以适应垄上作业仿形和随垄的需┌─┐│董│└─┘ 垄作播种机示意图1.下悬挂嘴;2.主梁;3.纵梁;4.上惫挂衬;5.排肥装1,6.仿形机构,7.扶手;8.排种装t;9.后梁;10.脚踏板;11.镇压轮;12.起垄铲:13.搜土器;14.开沟器.15.地轮,16.仿形轮;17.万向节轴;18.中间传动轴要,保持种沟位于垄台对称中心并控制开沟深浅。在平坦地面进行随播种随起垄时,在机架后梁上安装鸭掌式起垄铲,在开沟播种后,两侧的起垄铲将土翻起砚盖种沟并形成垄台,镇压轮随即进行垄上镇压。沟种机上除行走传动轮、仿形轮的结构和配t要适应沟种外,仿形机构的下仿形量要大,以适应垄沟底下方5一15厘米的播深要求。(张德丈)
