Study on ecological restoration and reconstruction in mining wasteland;

Based on actuality, cause and harm of soil erosion and water loss in Sanchuanhe watershed, the basic countermeasures of ecological restoration and reconstruction are put forward according to principle of restoration ecology.

According to the analysis of the characters,research status and research directions of the wetland ecological restoration and reconstruction,this paper brought forward the necessity of the informationization of wetland restoration and reconstruction and the shortage of existed information system.

Firstly,according to the insufficiency existed in the work of mining area land reclamation in our country,the conception about\'dynamic land reclamation\' was distilled and the data foundation——dynamic digital mining area digital elevation model(DDMDEM) which was used to define dynamic land reclamation approach was also determined.

With map objects and visual basic language,a system was designed for land restoration cost composition and cost count of waste dump in opencast mine area.

The potential environmental problems resulted from land rehabilitation, including the virgin land reclamation, land restoration, integrated consolidation of the existing farmland, are analyzed.
