本研究以野菊花注射液为研究对象，采用色谱分离技术，对野菊花乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行了分离纯化，得到了4个单体化合物，通过波谱分析和文献对照，鉴定了它们的结构，分别为蒙花苷、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、绿原酸和咖啡酸。
