江陵散烩八宝亦称八宝饭，是清朝末年宫庭厨师肖代制作的专供慈禧太后食用。后来，因肖代流落在江陵的聚珍园餐馆制作八宝饭而闻名。
江陵散烩八宝是用糯米、红枣、莲子仁、桂元肉、密樱桃、瓜子仁、糖桂花、密冬瓜、苡仁米等蒸熟制成坯，再加白糖、猪油散烩而成。它色泽光亮，香甜滋润，油而不腻，甜而不厌，有“浅盏小酌细品尝，离席数时回味长”的成语。
