甲氧苄胺嘧啶 Trimethoprim 一种抗菌药物。英文缩写 TMP。抗菌谱与磺胺药相近,具有抑制二氢叶酸还原酶的作用。与磺胺药合用,可使细菌的叶酸代谢受到双重阻断,因而抗菌作用大幅度提高(可增效数倍至数十倍),故有磺胺增效剂之称,后来发现它可使许多抗生素也大幅度增效,故又称之为抗菌增效剂,合用之后,还可减少耐药菌株的形成。由于易产生耐药性,故极少单独使用。服后有轻度消化道反应及白细胞减少等反应,长期服用(20日以上),应检查血象;孕、乳妇及严重肝、肾、血液病患者禁用,新生儿应避免使用。 |
