性质:纯铝具有较好的耐蚀性,但机械强度差,一些铝合金机械强度虽高,却耐热性、耐磨性差、接触电阻大和装饰性不佳等缺点。为改善其表面状态,必须进行表面处理。例如铝件镀或银,可改善其导电性;铝件镀铬,可增加表面硬度和耐磨性,并获得良好的装饰外观;铝件镀锡合金,可提高焊接性和减磨性等。在铝上进行电镀必须采取特殊的前处理工艺。一般经浸锌处理,铝表面的氧化膜被锌代替,就可电镀其他金属。
