试验采用SnCl2和PbCl2对聚苯胺粉体表面进行敏化-活化处理,在一定工艺条件下施镀,使其表面包覆Ni-Co-P合金镀层,采用FT-IR、XRD、SEM等方法对样品进行形貌观察和分析表征,结果表明:使用SnCl2和PbCl2对粉体进行敏化-活化处理,以及在相应工艺条件下施镀,可以在粉体表面得到理想的合金镀层,镀层均匀,包覆完整,有望成为一种新型电磁波吸收剂。
