Based on the comprehensive analysis of welding circuit in MAG arc power,a system model including power,cable,wire,molten droplet and arc,is created,and according to distributed temperature function about a variable of genuine length of wire,a genuine wire-voltage function is developed.
通过对MAG焊接过程的电路进行整体分析,提出了"电源—电缆—焊丝净干伸长—熔滴—电弧"系统模型,以净干伸长为变量,根据干伸长温度分布函数推导出净干伸长压降函数的同时,采用过渡熔滴时间权重长度及金属固液态体积转换方法,建立了连续多周期过渡的液态熔滴压降子模型,而后得到电弧电压与焊接电流、净干伸长及焊矩高度的数学函数模型,对参数控制进行了模拟;并与实际的焊接过程进行了有效比较与分析。
