Based on the research of processing parameters of the turbo-cyclone separator at the first stage, three structural models of turbine and two blow-off equipments of underflow are investigated by optimization experimental, and the simulation of computation fluid dynamics of flow field in the turbo-cyclone separator is researched in this dissertation.
本论文在对涡轮旋流分选机前期工艺参数研究的基础上,分别对设计的三种涡轮结构型式和两种底流排料装置进行了优化试验研究,同时对涡轮旋流分选机内部的流场进行了数值模拟,得到了以下结论: (1)通过对涡轮旋流分选机结构优化试验研究,最终确定涡轮结构型式采用叶片与轮毂轴线成5°角布置的涡轮;底流排料装置采用在涡轮旋流分选机的底流出口处外接一圆柱腔体作为底流排料装置。

In order to recovery effectively coarse fine coal of coal washery, a turbo-cyclone separator of 100mm in diameter is developed, and the effecting technological parameters are studied systematically and the separating effectiveness is evaluated.

性质:又称水力旋流器,旋流浓密机。是基于离心沉降作用进行固液分离的设备,上部为圆柱体、下部为锥体。它无回转部件,依靠悬浮矿浆由圆柱体上部按切线方向进料所形成的流体自身的强烈旋流,使悬浮颗粒在离心力作用下与液体分离。含细颗粒矿粒的液体通过溢流管向上溢流排出,而粗颗粒底流则由锥顶的底流喷管卸出。由于其设备简单、操作可靠、费用低廉,在分离和分级过程中获得广泛应用。在铀水冶厂,它主要用于浸出矿浆的增浓而分出粗砂(底流)。
