qixiang ziliao气象资料 (meteorological data) 各种气象观测、探测获得的气象信息。包括地面气象站观测的气温、气压、空气湿雾笼罩的村庄(《天气》)度、风向、风速、蒸发、降水、云、雾、雷暴、辐射、能见度等常规气象资料；飞机、火箭、浮标、定高气球、天气雷达、卫星等携带的气象仪器观(探)测的高空压、温、湿、风、云、辐射非常规气象资料以及一些特殊气象资料。另外，按观(探)测内容，可分为基本气象资料和专业气象资料，专业气象资料如土壤湿度、作物发育期和物候现象等等；按传递时效，可分为实时气象资料和非实时气象资料；按资料属性可分为原始气象资料和派生气象资料等。观(探)测到的气象资料需要进行预处理和加工处理。预处理包括资料信息化、格式检查、质量检验、标准处理等。加工处理指资料整编、气候统计等。气象资料整编通常分为两大类：①基本气象资料整编。它以气象学、概率论和数理统计学理论为基础，把气象台站的各种观测记录加工统计成平均值、合计值、极端值、频率和变率等各种气候统计量。②专业气象资料整编。主要根据各个专业部门对气象服务的具体要求，有针对性地对气象资料进行加工整理，如根据农业部门的需要，进行积温、无霜期、日照、太阳辐射、生长期降水量资料的整编等。电子计算机问世后，正在或已经建立气象资料自动加工处理系统。气象资料出版物大致有以下几种：①日出版物。按照上、中、下图表示从一片平静到暴雨的过程(《天气》)城市上空的雷暴 (《天气》)国际天气电码形式编制的各种天气报告和图形资料。②月出版物。适合气候工作者使用的按时间序列编制的主要气候要素的各时值及其日、候、旬、月等统计资料。③年出版物。主要气象要素的逐月统计资料。④临时性出版物。气象资料是国家的重要科技档案之一，是气象业务和科研以及各种产业、城市建设、工程设计等不可缺少的信息之一。 (朱淑兰)
