质量保证
质量保证国际标准化组织(150)对质量保证的定义是:为了对某实体满足质量要求提供充分的信任，在质量体系内实施的并当需要时证实的全部有计划和系统的活动。定义的三条注是:①质量保证的目的分内部和外部两种:内部质量保证是指在一个组织内部，质量保证向管理者提供信任;外部质量保证是指在合同或其他环境中，质量保证向顾客或其他方面提供信任。②质量控制和质量保证的某些活动是相互关联的。③如果质量要求不能反映顾客的需要，则质量保证不能提供充分的信任。定义中的实体可以是产品，或者是一项活动或过程，也可以是一个组织、体系或人，或他们的组合。质量保证定义的关键词是“提供充分信任”，使人相信企业具有持续稳定地提供满足规定要求的质量的能力，这种能力来源于质量体系的建立和运行。顾客为了获得对企业的信任，往往需要评价企业的质量体系，证实其存在并有效运行。为了提供充分的信任，质量要求必须充分反映顾客的需要。
