A new bisamide surfactant was prepared with beef fat and diethylenetriamine (DETA) as main raw materials and a series of emulsion type compound defoamers were prepared after emulsification of the mixed system of dimethyl silicon oil/gas phase SiO2/bisamide with Span-Tween compound emulsifying agent.
