[Methods]Four groups(A,B,C,D)of Wistar rats were fed with diet with different temperatures.
[目的]观察不同温度的饮食对大鼠自主活动和免疫能力的影响。

Methods Twenty four Wistar rats were divided randomly into normal control (NC) group, lipopolysaccharide (LPS)group , mild hypothermia theatment (MHT) group .
目的测定亚低温(MHT)情况下脓毒症大鼠肝组织能量代谢和肺组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA表达的变化,并结合肝细胞和肺组织超微结构的改变,初步探讨MHT能否减轻脓毒症大鼠组织损伤的程度。

[Methods] 24 Wistar rats were randomized into normal control(NC)group,lipopolysaccharide(LPS)group,mild hypothermia theatment(MHT)group.
目的通过测定亚低温情况下脓毒症(sepsis)大鼠肝组织腺苷酸及乳酸含量改变,并结合肝细胞超微结构的变化,初步探讨亚低温能否减轻脓毒症大鼠组织损伤的程度。

肠吸收不良综合征
intestinal malabsorption syndrome

  以前称为“特发性脂肪泻”,“乳糜泻”或“粥样泻”,是消化系统的慢性功能性疾病。主要是对脂肪和碳水化物的消化和吸收功能减低。病因不明,有认为与代谢异常有关。患儿多为人工喂养儿,发病徐缓,常发生在急性腹泻及呼吸道感染之后,消化功能不易恢复。粪便灰白色,含泡沫及脂肪,常有恶臭味,重症病例贫血严重,可有营养不良性水肿。常有神经症状,如易激惹、疲劳等。治疗原则是用各种维生素和蛋白质,少食脂肪和碳水化物,避免麦类及多渣食物,供给充足水分。
