| 锦纶 polyamide fibre 聚酰胺6（聚己内酰胺）纤维的中国商品名。又称尼龙6 。聚酰胺纤维的主要品种是脂肪族聚酰胺纤维，分为两大类：一类是由ω- 氨基酸或内酰胺聚合而成的高聚物，如锦纶；另一类是由二元胺和二元酸缩聚而得的高聚物，如聚酰胺66（又称尼龙66）。 尼龙66熔点255～260℃，软化点约220℃；锦纶熔点215～220℃，软化点约180℃。两者密度相同（1.14克／厘米3），其他性质也都类似，如强度高、回弹性好、耐磨性在纺织纤维中最高，耐多次变形性和耐疲劳性接近于涤纶并高于其他化学纤维，有良好的吸湿性，可以用酸性染料和其他染料直接染色。它们的主要缺点是耐光和耐热性能较差 ，初始模量较低。在聚合物中添加耐光剂和热稳定剂可以改善其耐光冬葵性和耐热性能。锦纶的用途很广，长丝可制作袜子、内衣、衬衣、运动衫、滑雪衫、雨衣等；短纤维可与棉、毛和粘胶纤维混纺，使混纺织物具有良好的耐磨性和强度 。还可用作尼龙搭扣、地毯、装饰布等；在工业上主要用于制造帘子布、传送带、渔网、缆绳、篷帆等。 |
