To the former way, Prony algorithm based on neural network was used to identify the dominant mode of oscillation, to the latter way , eigenvalues based on the neural network were used to seek to identify low-frequency oscillations mode based on system model.
本文对这两种途径的分析方法进行了研究,针对前一种途径,采用了基于神经网络的改进Prony算法进行振荡主导模式识别;针对后一种途径,采用了基于神经网络的特征值求取,以识别基于模型的系统低频振荡模式。

Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is used to search the optimal solution of various parameters of oscillation signal in designated area,then we can use this method to extract the dominant mode of the signal of low frequency oscillation.
利用粒子群算法对振荡信号的各个待测参数在指定的范围内寻优来求取振荡信号的各个参数,进而可以应用这种方法提取低频振荡信号的主导模式。

Simulation results show that the improved Prony algorithm can eliminate interference effectively and identify dominant mode reliably and accurately,besides its calculation burden is light,so the proposed algorithm is suitable to identify the oscillation signals containing noises under multi sampling number.
仿真结果表明,该改进Prony算法能有效去除干扰,能可靠、准确地识别主导模式,计算量少,适用于识别含有噪声且采样点数多的振荡信号。

%26#8220;生产过程末端治理%26#8221;经济模式，是上世纪50、60年代开始在西方国家率先发展起来的经济模式。它开始关注环境污染和破坏问题，但是这种经济模式并没有从根本上改变传统经济%26#8220;高开采、高消耗、高污染、低效益%26#8221;的性质，而只是通过环境处理技术对生产过程末端产生的废弃物进行处理，以减轻经济活动对环境造成的危害。末端治理不仅技术难度大，而且成本高。
例如，一座20万千瓦的燃煤电厂，每关停1天的脱硫除尘设备，就可以节约大约20万元；莲花味精厂每关停一天污水处理设备，大约可节约成本10万元。%26#8220;末端治理%26#8221;所需的大量环保投入抵消了经济发展所创造的福利。所以，以%26#8220;末端治理%26#8221;为特征的经济模式既达不到预期的经济效益、社会效益，同样也遏制不了生态环境恶化的趋势。也就是说，%26#8220;末端治理%26#8221;经济模式，从本质上仍然属于传统经济模式的范畴。
