In this research, Multivariate Curve Resolution—Alternating Least Squares(MCR-ALS) method combined with Computed Tomography (CT) technology wereapplied in the atmospheric environment monitoring of Remote Sensing FourierTransform Infrared Spectroscopy (RS-FTIR), to measure multi-components VolatileOrganic Compounds (VOC_S) concentration distribution in the two-dimensional plane atthe same time.
