性质:评价医用高分子材料安全性的试验。首先是制以溶出液:取0.5~1.0mm厚的胶片,正反面总表面积为30cm2,切成5cm×0.5cm细条,用蒸馏水洗涤至少3次,将试样置于磨口瓶,加蒸馏水100mL使之浸没试样,放入高压蒸汽灭菌器,在121℃±2℃下浸泡1h后取出,冷至室温即为欲检测的溶出液,溶出液试验包括:气泡试验,PH值变化试验,铵离子、氯离子测定,重金属含量测定,蒸发残留物,高锰酸钾消耗量,紫外吸收度等。
