Although many researches of mental fatigue cracks initiation and propagation have been done and some of the theories have been created, but the fatigue cracks initiation and propagation of welded structures have been done little, especially for short cracks.
本文在室温、正弦拉-拉载荷下,对焊接结构中常用的16Mn钢焊接件的疲劳裂纹的萌生与扩展进行了实验研究,主要内容如下: (1)裂纹萌生研究:透射电镜观察到,在循环载荷作用下,位错滑移至晶界处形成位错缠结、位错条带,继而衍变成亚晶,亚晶界开裂形成微裂纹;珠光体中的渗碳体断裂能够形成微裂纹,但不能扩展。
