天然雌激素
雌激素属甾体类化合物(类固醇)雌烷衍生物,含18碳原子。天然雌激素有雌二醇、雌酮和雌三醇。雌二醇是卵巢分泌的主要雌激素,卵巢仅分泌少量雌酮,雌酮和雌三醇是由雌二醇转变而来。妊娠时大量雌激素是由胎儿胎盘单位所合成。此外肾上腺和睾丸也能分泌少量雌激素。17β-雌二醇(E2)活性最强;雌酮(E1)活性较E2弱(减50%~70%),由于雌二醇和雌酮可以互相转化,所以雌酮的活性仍很高;雌三醇(E3)为雌二醇和雌酮的代谢产物,活性减90%。详见各有关节。
