The packing axle seal of the melt urea pump leaked seriously,leading to many harmful effects,so we revamped the form of axle seal.

Several shaft-breaking incidents occurred during the running of booster pump for molten urea in a melamine plant of high-pressure process has caused many unscheduled plant shut-downs.

Consideration of some problems present in 50 kt/a urea melt spraying granulation plant;

Troubles encountered in operation of 100 kt/a compound fertilizer plant by urea melt spraying granulation process and method for shooting;

Through the change to urea melt-slurry spraying granulation technology from original agglomeration technology, the material moisture content out of granulator is decreased to 4%～6% from 6%～8%, the material moisture content after first drying is controlled in the range of 1.

Based on both slurryspraying and material*2aggomeratiing granulation process, an urea melt spheroidizing (spray) granulation process for production of compound fertilizer is proposed.
