杵状指趾
clubbed fingers
又称“槌状指趾”，为指趾末端膨大呈杵状或槌状。特点为末端指节明显增厚，指甲从根部到末端呈弧形隆起，膨大部分早期小动脉及毛细血管扩张，组织间隙水肿；晚期有组织增生，指趾甲高度弯曲。多发生于呼吸系统疾病，如肺脓肿、支气管扩张和支气管肺癌、某些心血管系统疾病，如先天性心脏病、亚急性感染性心内膜炎等。其发生机制不清，一般认为与肢端缺氧，代谢障碍及中毒性损害有关。
