Carbon nanomaterials were successfully deposited onto cobalt cemented tungsten carbide (WC -6% Co, hereafter referred to as simply YG6) substrates using ethanol diffusion flame method, their morphologies and microstructures were respectively characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and laser Raman spectroscopy (Raman).
本文采用乙醇扩散火焰法在原始态和酸蚀脱钴态硬质合金(WC-6%Co)上成功沉积出碳纳米材料,分别借助扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、激光拉曼光谱(Raman)对其形貌和结构进行了表征。
