The results show that the stable sol and gel is synthesized using directly polymer polyacrylic acid (PAA) as the chelator and the spinel LiAlxMn2-xO4 nano-powders with uniform distribution of particle size and no distinct aggregation are further obtained after 750 ℃ heat treatment.
