本文是以中国地质科学院勘探技术研究所承担的地质大调查科学研究项目“高原冻土天然气水合物钻探技术研究”为依托，针对高原冻土天然气水合物钻探泥浆体系的特殊性要求，通过大量试验，研究出了适于高原冻土天然气水合物钻探的低温泥浆体系，弥补了目前国内在这方面研究的不足，为即将实施的青藏高原永冻土层天然气水合物钻探作好了泥浆方面的技术准备工作。
