The influences of thermodynamics, ingredient, explosion temperature and other factors on the morphology of products were investigated, then found 70wt%(Ti-C)-Al-Ni and 80wt%(Ti-C)-Al-Ni systems are found to be suitable to fabricate TiC particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites by SHS casting technology.
探讨Ti-C-Al-Ni体系热力学以及成分、热爆温度等因素对产物组织形貌的影响,给出了较佳的增强体系70wt%(Ti-C)-Al-Ni和80wt%(Ti-C)-Al-Ni,用SHS铸造法制备出TiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料,并进行了力学性能和耐磨性能的测试。
