制作及服用：将阿胶20克洗净，晒干或烘干，敲碎，研成粗粉粒状，备用。将田七粉3克拣去杂质，一分为二，装入洁净的绵纸袋中，待用。将肉桂2克，小茴香6克分别拣去杂质，洗净，晾干后，肉桂敲碎，与小茴香同放入沙锅，加适量水，浓煎30分钟，过滤，取汁备用。将粳米100克淘洗干净，放入沙锅，加适量水，大火煮沸，改用小火煨煮成稠粥，粥将成时，调入阿胶粗粉粒及肉桂，小茴香浓煎汁，拌匀，继续煨煮至阿胶完全烊化，服食之。早晚分服，每次服食时取1小包田七粉(1.5克)撒入食粥中，拌和均匀，服食之。

按语：温经散寒，养血消症。适于子宫肌瘤，证属寒凝血瘀。
