〖Purpose〗It was confirmed by experimental research that there are many effects of Acu-point injecting therapy (APIT) with HUANGQI and DANGGUI injections in ST36, BL18 and BL21.
［研究目的］研究表明，在足三里、肝俞、胃俞等穴位注射黄芪、当归注射液对CAG患者的免疫功能有双向调节作用，并能够有效地提高机体超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的活性，从而有效地消除氧自由基，保护和减少胃粘膜的损伤；穴注法可以清除幽门螺杆菌（Hp）等攻击因子，控制胃粘膜炎症的活动性，增加胃粘膜血流，改善微循环，促进胃液分泌，减轻或逆转肠化；穴注法对异常的细胞增殖有抑制作用，可促进异增粘膜的细胞凋亡，达到治愈CAG、防止癌变的目的。

Objective:To study the changes of the function of immunology with recurrent respiratory tract infections in children(RRTI),and to investigate the mechanism of the therapy of Cupping and Point-injection as well as the influences to the immunology of the RRTI cases.
方法 :采用ELISA法测定治疗组、对照组复感儿治疗前后及正常儿童血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL - 2R)水平 ,治疗组采用拔火罐和穴位注射疗法 ,对照组使用转移因子口服液治疗 ,均采用单盲法。
