In this study, a new coupling crystallization technology was developed to prepare Cefazolin sodium pentahydrate (CEZP), a new and stable crystalline form (named asαform in this paper).

A set of technical process of crystallization-distillation coupling to separate MDI isomer was proposed.

Based on the brief introduction of inter-cavity coupling structures of microwave filters and its application field,we mainly discuss a mixed inter-cavity structure which used in high power and tight-coupling filters.

And we try to add the periodic coupling structures into the waveguide in order to couple the THz radiation in the waveguide into the air.

Coupled structure as a key component in coupled-cavity traveling-wave tube, which makes high-frequency power can be no loss or the loss as small as possible (including resistive loss and reflection loss) .

The load combination model,structure coupling and vibration control measurements are systematically summarized.
