斑枢(h uanshu)针灸穴名。见《中二医针灸学》。牛位于颈部，衰椎其后缘直上3一5厘米，安椎与枢椎间隙内，左右侧各一穴。其深部椎管内是颐部脊砚。用毫针斜向前下方刺入5一6厘米，达衰枢间凉硬膜外腔。注意勿刺过深，以防损伤脊位。具有镇痛作用。配百会作电针麻醉，可施头、胸、腹及会阴等部位多种手术。(孙永才)
