适应症:
本品对免疫系统有促进作用,使巨噬细胞功能增强,并产生特异性抗体;还可诱导机体产生干扰素及肿瘤坏死因数,主要用于恶性胸腔积液的治疗。
用量用法:
胸腔内注射:先抽净胸水后取本品2~4ml(120~240亿菌体),用10~20ml等渗盐水稀释注入胸膜腔内;然后使患者平卧,变换体位,以使药液与胸膜腔均匀接触,每周重复1次,2~3次为1疗程。
注意事项:
主要有发热、寒战,部分患者有胸痛、轻度消化道反应。可同时服用扑热息痛0.5g或消炎痛25mg,3次/日,以防止发热。对发热38℃以上者、心血管病者、过敏体质者、肝肾功能明显异常者忌用,年老体弱者慎用。
