性质:G-G-G-G-G-(S-A1-X)-G(G是葡萄糖,S-Al-X是含氮环状化合物)。链霉菌淀粉酶抑素亚种Streptomyces diastaticus subsp. amylostatin产生的淀粉酶抑制剂。本品含有F-la,F-16和F-2三个主要组分,F-16是一个活性比F-la强的葡糖淀粉酶抑制剂。各组分用制备性纸层析又可分出几个组分,但每个组分酸水解后均产生淀粉酶抑素X′(C13H2NO7)或淀粉酶抑素XG(C19H33NO13)。淀粉酶抑素结构未定,一般认为其结构与阿卡糖相似。
